Impacted by L.A. Wildfires

As a Fellow Mother, I’m Here to Support You

Growing up in Los Angeles and attending Palisades High School, I’ve always felt a deep connection to this community and its strength. Over the years, we’ve faced many challenges together, but the recent Los Angeles wildfires have shaken so many of us in profound and lasting ways.

To support my community during this challenging time, I’m offering one free virtual therapy session to anyone affected by the wildfires. Whether you’re navigating the loss of a home, displacement, or the overwhelming emotions that come with protecting your family, I want to provide a compassionate, judgment-free space for you to process and heal.

The impact of these wildfires goes beyond the physical destruction. For many, they bring up a cascade of emotions—fear, grief, loss, and even echoes of past traumas. Trauma doesn’t happen in isolation—it compounds. The stress of protecting your loved ones, especially your children, can trigger old wounds and amplify the emotional toll. Whether it’s the loss of a home, displacement, or the overwhelming anxiety of keeping your family safe, these moments can be deeply destabilizing. If you’re feeling this, I want you to know you’re not alone.
